DHIS2 core developer since 2013 including work in data approvals, validation rules, predictors, expression parsing, ADX, and other areas. Designed and supports the DATIM instance of DHIS2 for PEPFAR. Previously worked in Kenya for the University of California San Francisco as a PEFPAR partner. Prior experience includes technical lead for the DEC RSTS/E operating system kernel development group, advanced development in the team that created the relational database engine for VAX Rdb/VMS (now Oracle Rdb), chief editor of the ATM Forum User Network Interface specification, and several years each in network protocol development and Web application development.
